Matthew Chua (CEA R018040A) started his real estate career as a project sales consultant marketing Fragrance Group properties back in 2007 dealing with small to mid size new projects development. He amassed the knowledge of Project, Private, Commercial and HDB properties throughout his real estate journey.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, he have been in the land banking industry dealing with overseas land sales. His interest has always been exploring with internet marketing, technology updates and real estate market. A down to earth and humble guy, Matthew is highly approachable and always willing to teach and share his experiences.

A multi skilled real estate agent with good all round marketing skills and a solid background in property sales. He once held several key positions with various agencies and good capable ability, drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.

Extensive knowledge of collecting information about a property and promoting it for sales and rental. Excellent communicator who can relate well with people at all levels and has the flexibility of working well as part of a team or individually.
